Travel Logo needed with Caricature drawing of photo image I have

I have some PSD files and concept logos I did in PSD already but I want an expert designer to really make this amazing. The logo specs: 1. Caricature of photo of female I will give you 2. She should be wearing some vacation type outfit (I don't want any sunglasses though. It should show nice bright, friendly eyes) 3. Use text of the website in the logo. -Please see the attached files of my 1st idea for the logo. I like this but the girl in this logo needs to look like the one in the photo provided and the outfit needs to be less formal and be more like a vacation feel. Any other ideas are welcome. -My second idea is that the top part of the word has the "o" as a sun with sunshine beating down on top of the second word underneath it and the girl can be laying across this bottom word like it is a lawn chair and the "T" can be a palm tree or umbrella giving a little shade. -I will like a 3rd idea to be created by you so I can have 3 draft copies to look out before making a final decision on the final logo.
