I need a website built,front-end,back-end and publishing.I have a domain name and a server with joomla [login to view URL] web-designer will get the passwords to publish the work.I don't have great computer skills so the communication with the designer has to be clear and in good understandable [login to view URL] is no time limit on the project as long as the end result is satisfactory to me,and i can have unlimited revisions. The front-end design should look a bit like Ebay,i already have a logo(see attachment).I will provide all the text after because the site is in Dutch,but can first be done in English to help the project along . The back end functionality should enable the user to post a notice on a notice board and receive an email provided with 2 links,1 link to delete the notice that he/she posted and the other to edit the notice that he/she posted . The posted notices have to be able to be sorted by front-end users by location and category.
