Things to be taken care of :
1. We need to have a Indian national feeling, tinge, vibrancy in it without using any Indian flag or colors or anything
2. Name on the logo : National Emergency Notification and Followup System - India
3. make a logo such as it can be used in
a. envelope
b. letterhead
c. business cards, e stationary, e card, signatures for emails,
d. small logo for print somewhere on paper print and also for emails
d. favicon for webpages, 32 bit icon, 64 bit icon
4. MULTICOLOR
5. SHOULD BE VERY PROFESSIONAL
6. VARIATIONS NEEDED
7. PAYMENTS WILL BE GIVEN ONLY ON FINAL APPROVALS
8. TIME PERIOD TO FINAL 20TH DECEMBER 2012
Note: Max bid $50 for logo and another $25 for rest of the final touches
