Project Description:
ArtSpark is: "a collaborative social experiment with artists and arts organizations discovering online & in-person strategies for sustainability. As of early 2013, ArtSpark is active in ABQ (Albuquerque, NM) and the San Francisco Bay Area."
ArtSpark is launching a new initiative, the ArtsLP (Arts Listening Project) in spring, 2013 (http://art-spark.org/2013/01/arts-listening-project-launches/).
ArtSpark is looking for a graphic artist/designer to create two infographics for the ArtsLP:
1) The first infographic presents, visually, the overall ArtsLP (goals, activities, etc.).
2) The second infographic includes data visualization re: the data we are collecting in 2013/2014.
The first infographic deadline is March, 2013, and the second info graphic is needed later on in 2013, estimated Sept/Oct, 2013.
There is another illustrator/gaphic artist who is developing the logo/brand for the ArtsLP (the same artist who created the ArtSpark logo). You must be able to collaborate with this illustrator/artist and with the overall ArtSpark team (there are 5 of us) in the design of both infographics.
Skill set:
Excellent design capability
Business branding and marketing experience
Strong data visualization and infographic design experience
Passion for visually telling a story in a simple and bold way
Team/collaboration ability and experience
Portfolio and references required
