Project Description:
We will port it to different platforms our self but use phonegap.
Basically allow user to take a photo (or use one on cam), and then let em change the background, draw with a pen, or drag and drop various items on to the person (we will provide full list)
then allow them to upload and share with others..
needs a login screen too, we will provide Table details.
Make sure you can do some sort of minimum graphics for login screen and drawing area... we will provide the rest of the graphics.
Our budget is $350... and $100 bonus if done within 5 days. Project is for 7 days.
