Create an Android simulation game app

OK, so I have an idea for a game I am looking to be made into an android app. Basically a simulation type game, where you start a game, select to play either open-ended or towards a specific goal. You would then perform actions, which would help you develop and earn more money etc... You would have ways of developing by attending courses, hiring people to support you etc... and these would all have an impact on how successful you are in the game. ----- As I say, I only have the idea's, I'm not a designer and not an android developer, so I need someone capable of putting my ideas into a design and then implementing the design into a working app. The majority of the game can be 2d/text based simulation, so graphics will be able to be minimal (though I would like a few graphics in there to make it more appealing) If you think you're up to this, submit a bid, along with some screen-shots or google play link to some of your previous work, I'll then send you further information on my ideas and future plans for the app and we can proceed from there.
