I need a custom mobile app (quickly).
I need someone who is very experienced in mobile apps development, especially coding for IOS to create a feature rich, nice looking app.
Basic app description : this app is an entertainment app with a caricatured character that can repeat what you say with a modified voice. The character is also animated and you can interact with him.
This need to be a job that can be completed quickly.
Requirements :
-Someone who can not only program but also do the UI design
-Someone who has at least 300 hours on Freelancer
-Someone who has a five start rating
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products
-Someone who speaks English well (optionally French but it's not mandatory)
