This app should be compatible on ipad, iphone and android

This app is intended to make moving companies life easier. A moving company will purchase this app helping make an estimate on a person’s move whether it’s local or long distance. The company will be able to allow a customer of theirs to download a free version of the app and give them an access code to bring up the customers data and fill in their own inventory list for submission to the moving company. Once they access the app and enter the access code listed the moving companies logo will appear and a wizard will pop up guiding them through the walk through. Asking questions along the way.

Wizard Questions-
• Type of home?
o Single Family
o Apartment
o Multi-Level
o Condo
• Home Many Levels is the Home?
• How Many Stairs to the Front Door?
• About How Many Feet to the Front Door from where a large truck can be parked?
• Square Footage of Home?
• Okay great what room would you like to start in?
o This would take them through the start of the inventory list allowing them to search for items as well
After finishing each room a follow up question asks:
o About how many boxes are in this room?
• After all items are put in there are follow up questions.
• What Type of home are you moving into?
o Single Family
o Apartment
o Multi-Level
o Condo
o Storage Unit
• How many Stairs to the front door?
• About How Many Feet to the Front Door from where a large truck can be parked?
• Square Footage of home?
Once complete they it submit and an option to sign company waiver pops up where they can sign with their finger and send to moving company


Front end – moving companies view

The app will allow a person to enter customer data manually or upload through a contact list from their existing devise. They then will be able to go into a home and select a room then mark and inventory the items that are in the home room by room. Each item will need a small picture beside it showing a graphical sketch describing the item that best matches the actual item (see attached - this means graphic design is required as well for each item looking for simple items nothing too complicated). They must be able to run a search for an item via key word in the event they can’t find it in the right category. They will also need to be able to enter an item manually in the event it is not in the inventory list.

Along with the inventory list the app user will be able to enter alternate data such as but not limited to
Walking distance:
Flights of Stairs:
Type of home:
Number of Levels in home:
(This data will be used later in the back end)
Asking a question to have customer sign insurance waiver. (That means a company must be able to upload different types of there waivers.)
Once inventory is completed the app user will be able to save and email data to account email showing the customer info and inventory list.
After data is collected the calculation comes out based on an excel matrix (which will be provided) gives a time, weight estimation of the move.
The app user then saves sends this info to company email on file to access outside of app also saved on app.
Back end
We must be able to change the matrix to fine tune it as more and more data is collected. We must also be able to add and change fields in the inventory list.
This is the basic premise of the app.
