Add color and design work to PDF documents - Repost

Hey there!

I have a number of PDF documents that I would like to add color and design to in order to appear more attractive to readers. The extra color and design work should "smarten" things up a little.

These PDF documents are essentially "game sheets" and are mostly text except for a diagram drawn at the end of each game. There are a total of 200 PDF documents.

That being said, this is not a particularly complicated design project by any means. This is simply an attempt to spice things up and make it easier on the eyes.

P.S. Attached is an example of one of these game sheets - as you can tell, they're quite bland as it.

*IMPORTANT*
The size of the new file should not be much larger than the original file. For example, the size of the attached file is 123 kb - it should not exceed 50% of its original size (50% of 123kb = 61.5 --> New file should not be larger than (123 + 61.5) = 184.5 kb. Just try to keep the new file size as low as possible while adding "some" graphic/design layout".
