Build a Website: WIX Look alike

I do not want the last minute surprise ** This is NOT WIX HOsted SIte. This is WIX Look alike site HOSTED on my web server ** 1. Full size images scrolling as in [login to view URL] 2. Each image will have HTML EDITABLE text next to image as shown in this picture 3. This text is different for each image. Basically Text also moves/ slides out along with the image 1. See the image next page for Example for o Each image will have HTML EDITABLE text next to image as shown in this picture   2. Videos ( External Youtube videos / Flash movies locally stored on server etc..) also should scroll in this way. o Following image shows the videos ( DO NOT PALY videos until click) o     NEXT , BEFORE buttons as highlighted in this picture  They appear only when mouse moves there. o Reference site URL: [login to view URL]  LEFT , RIGHT keyboard also should work to navigate BEFORE, NEXT    You tube  Facebook  Twitter  Facebook  Pinterest To be added ( Already on the main web site..)     Our web site is education site similar to this site : [login to view URL]  Menu items/ Sub menu items required as per this site: ( same functionality as this site )  Page loading should be AJAX ( same functionality as this site )  Content / images = same as this site. ( I will add my content later)  HOME goes to the first page we discussed earlier with full page image scrolling   I have LOGO. I will provide LOGO. Put in the top as shown.  Menus /sub menus will be here on main page  These open the pages in AJAX as shown in the above site.  You have to provide the royalty free pictures on each page.(similar to there on above education site)  On HOME page provide 4 full page pictures to scroll. 
