I am a photographer that will start providing personalized art for my customers. I am looking for photoshop/illustrator-wizzards and skilled graphic designers that can transform the ordinary photos customers upload into fabulous artworks. I am looking for detailed, beautiful handmade work, and not something that looks like filter-plugin or a pop-art action you can download online and run in photoshop yourself.
I am looking for 5 different pop-art styles to begin with.
If you are not sure of the terms, please google "personalized art" and research the galleries of some of the most exclusive providers worldwide.
1. "Graphic" Make the photo turned into a beautiful illustration. (detailed vector-style)
2. "Comic book" / Lichtenstein style, with optional speech/though - bubbles.
3. "Graffitti" The graphic sprayed-on-the-wall style.
4. "Warhol" Here I know customers are impressed with multi-panels, but I am first of all prioritizing the artistic look of the main image. (the panels and color-variations is something I can do myself)
5. I am open to suggestions fot the last style. Anime style? Retro? Vintage? Pin-up? Propaganda-poster? Super-hero? Che? Cubism? Superstar? 70s-Disco? Kids illustration style?
The styles must not be too similar. I have seen galleries with Warhol styles and Lichtenstein styles that looks very similar. Every style must be unique.
You-re bidding on turning the 5 samples into 5 breathtaking artworks in 5 different styles. (5 finished works) I sat the budget up to 250 USD, but if you can prove with some previous works that your skills are mindblowing, then do not hesitate to bid higher. I am willing to pay more if the quality is mesmerizing.
There is no need to compliment the attachment numbers with the styles. You're free to choose the style you think suits each best best. Surprise me...
If I am very satisfied with the results, I will strongly consider to hire you on a more permanent basis. (I am not sure how often I will get these request from my customers, but hopefully the frequency will increase as time goes by)
The copyright of the attached photos belongs to me or my customers. Any use except for the artistic creation for me through Freelancer is strictly phohibited. Please make sure to delete the photos after the work is finished.
Good luck! :)

My apologies; I found a typo, so this is the correct line:
There is no need to compliment the attachment numbers with the styles in the order I listed them. You're free to choose the style you think suits each photo best. Surprise me...

If you send any samples of your works through PM, please consider that I'm primarily interested in similar previous works that is relevant to the project. Preferably with some before & after samples in high res/or small additional crops in 100% view. The files will be for my consideration only, but if you want, put a watermark over the artwork and photo.
I discovered yet another typo, but will stop nitpicking. If something is unclear, just send me a message for clarification ;)

I am sure most of you would not consider this, but just so there is no misunderstanding;
If you have some previous similar works, please show me, but there is absolutely no need to work on the sample-photos I attached to the project before I accept any bid/offer. The samples are there just to show the photos that the winning bidder need to turn into the 5 different illustration-styles.
I will not be responsible or feel guilty if someone work on the samples before I chose an artist/designer for the job officially. What I prefer is to see some previous works with before(photo) & after(illustration) samples. It is very important to see a sample that shows the photo the illustration is based on. And the illustration preferably in high resolution(watermarked it, if needed). Until now only one artist/designer has provided me that.
I know of course that the styles I need might be very different, but if you specialize in one or two of them, do not hesitate to show samples. If you are really good in a certain style of illustration, I will keep that in mind for the next project that turns up.
I made a list with some examples for each style. If you are a new bidder, give me a notice so I can forward it.

It seems that not all bidders read the whole DESCRIPTION and CLARIFICATION BOARD, so my apologies for using big letters:
If you don't have previous related works, you're free to try on your OWN photos if you wish. (a good investment of time)
BUT PLEASE DON'T USE THE ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR ANYTHING BEFORE YOUR BID IS ACCEPTED!!!

I have decided whom to award the project and I want to thank the rest of you for taking your time to show me your great skills!
I would love to get a similar job done from more of you later, so I will perhaps then post one photo at the time to give more some chance to do the job.
So please stay tuned!
I wish you all the best!
