7 x Game Design Concept Sketches (Need some tweaks)

NEEDS DOING BY 9pm WEDNESDAY MARCH 7th (LONDON TIME) I have six images (psd files) that have been created to a very basic level. They have been only partially coloured in with very simple range of colours and lack a nice finishing touches here and there such as say the layout/composition is 96% done so think of it as if somebody had been asked to do six very simple concept sketches and did an OK job on the basic line drawing but only got 80% way through the final colouring in and didn't get to add a little more depth to the background on two of them ie a couple of super basic cloud shapes in the sky or a city skyline shape/line on the horizon. I could (almost) live with these images as they are but I know that with a few hours work somebody could give it a lift and make it look more polished. Some ability to bring a painting style (rather than select with magic wand and dump a bucket of paint) technique would be a bonus but time is running short. I don't have a complete and precise spec list and the job is urgent. There are about six definite, simple items i would like worked on and beyond that, if there is any spare time,you are encouraged to throw yourself into it and make changes wherever you see the opportunity to apply yourself in the most cost effective way. But these are basic sketches and I do not want extra items complicating the message. Somebody with quite basic photoshop and illustration skills will be able to do well if they have a good sense of overall balance colour and good judgement. I will be available on skype to give feedback (I'm currently in London although a based in Melbourne, Australia). All works are strictly confidential (commercial) and must not be shown or distributed to anybody else. Please see the attached two images which are each (for confidentiality reasons) showing about 25% of the area of the images they are taken from. In each case I would want the graphical squares removed and replaced with a simple colour background with maybe a couple of basic shapes to break it up. And I'd want just a bit of simple colour added to the bicycle. Please not the illustration artist had some odd ways of layering some of the photoshop files so they will need just a bit of untangling. If this works well there could be many more little concept sketches to discuss.
