Vectorize/Trace bitmap logotype into Illustrator format

Project Description:
I'd need the attached .psd file to be vectorized into Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format. The result will be used on an advertising sign, so I won't accept any loose result.
Kindly note that there will be some manual Illustrator labor for you in order to finish this project properly, as automated conversions will fail to deliver a perfect logotype.
