- Should be able to convert PSD to CSS exactly as original PSD design;
- SEO semantic 100% tableless CSS, 100% pixel perfect hand coded, well
structured clean code;
- Cross browser compatible - IE6,7,8,9+; Firefox2,3+; Google Chrome; Safari
- W3C Valid CSS;
- Light coding, fast loading time;
- Css files should be in a different file extension with css which seperates them from Html.
- On top of being experienced, looking for someone with with being able to meet deadlines and commitments
