Project Description:
I'm doing my FYP (Final Year Project) which is about designing a new 8T SRAM cell and my aim is to reduce the power during write operation. My project title is " Design and Implementation of Low power RAM cell for Write operation", I have done the design and the simulation part and I managed to get the result required in comparison with the conventional 6T SRAM cell and the 7T SRAM cell.
I couldn’t manage to do the report and I am not so good in preparing a report so I need someone expert to do it for me as soon as possible since the due date for submission is at 1st of January and the report should be not less than 6 chapters and not less than 70 pages
