Can work from a current Rails 3.2 github repo with models/migrations already created, or create new Rails 4/3.2 site. Will require 10 or so Models that I will specify, including their exact associations, attribute columns. Or, other suggestions welcome to accomplish similar goals (Rails only please).
Need view for new/edit form with nested form fields, dynamically added fields (e.g. "add another" link), Select2 or Chosen jQuery selectors with the ability to "add new" item if not present in the selector, a file upload field with integration to a service like Transloadit or Filepickerio or similar to upload file to my S3 account and generate thumb/watermark, and validations to check whether to "create" a new object or "edit" a current object based on composite uniqueness validations. Admin user sign-in to access form. Other views: index, search by any of the form fields.
Fast completion to lead immediately to more jobs on this project/possible lead developer status.
