3) One printing jobs cost calculator to be programed with various sizes , colors, paper quality selected (all variables will be given by me),
die cut, lamination etc all will be selected from the drop down menu page (ASP ?) which will be filled by user and will click a button to get costing.
He will save the page and also click another button below to convert the same to create a text page, filtering all selected specs (not the costing done which
is only for his ref ) the specs page will go to email link as RFQ (Request for quotation) mail.
4) All PO's made at clients place will be copied to this server, again server must identify the name / number of the PO and classify it and save it to the project's folder.
5) The costing saved for the project (using calculator as mentioned before) will be compared with the amount of the same PO raised to the vendor and will notify to the accounts/ brand manager by email if it varies by more than (lets say 10%).
