Design some Icons

I need an artist to create assets for a prototype menu driven sim game with mostly static art. The entire game takes place on top of a world map that we have already acquired(may be altered) and menus will open on top. The game looks like a simulated OS with menus looking like apps being launched from a menu bar. I need: 6 Fake Apps designed (rectangles with buttons basically, each different) 1 Game Logo 1 Studio logo Units that move on the map must look good zoomed in and out: 2 Cargo Ship designs 1 Submarine design 4 Cargo Plane designs 4 Cargo Truck designs 2 Character Portraits but with their faces obscured for anonymity Several UI elements: An elliptical shaped element on the top center of the page to show status such as time, date, total money, threat level and the current location. Another UI element is the Application Launch bar in the bottom right of the UI, meant to look like a slightly futuristic OS. Icons for each of the 6 fake Apps. 1 design for a UI element to be similar to a trading card. These will house weapon images on the top half and brief facts on the bottom half. I plan on filling them with art from Getty Images or a similar vendor as I believe it would be cost prohibitive to have the 75 initial weapons and vehicles created by you. Feel free to pitch a price for those as well though. It will include small arms, aircraft and tanks.
