I need to stand up a Moodle Learning Management system and customize it for my companies purposes.
I need it to operate:

OS X 10.6+, Windows Vista, Windows 7
The user’s browser should have both cookies and javascript enabled.
Plugins required:
Adobe Acrobat Reader
Media player capable of playing MP3 and MP4
Display setting of 1024x768 or higher
Speakers or headset
GUI Design
Prototype
LMS Setup
Pilot Testing
Graphic Design, User Interface / IA
