I'm looking for a DVD layout using the Sony Vegas Package and possiblely Macromedia Flash (for the introduction). I would need the following deliverables: 1.) An brief, but professional animated introduction sequence with my company's logo 2.) A professional looking DVD home brochure which structured in the following way: 2.1) Main Menu - A clean background, which is designed to display a picture of the house, perhaps a slide show of the property, a copy of the real estate agents business card (alternately a for sale sign w/ a given brokerage sign), etc... There should be at least one animation on this page to keep the user's attention. This menu would also have links to the following menus (we would need solid looking icons) 2.2) Home tour (video)- A simple tour of the home (would need a set of icons to represent the various portions of the house for menu items) 2.3) Home information - an information page regarding the property, similiar to what one would find in an online listing (request information for more details) 2.4) A menu for an "About the home owner's association" page 2.5) A menu for "About the brokerage" page 2.6) A menu for "About the agent" page (This could probably be consolidated with 2.5) 2.7) A menu which outlines the phases for the buying process. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them.
