I want to create this type of video that tells the visitors of my website how to use my website.

That link is just an example. You can tell me if you have a better example.

I think the length will be 10 minutes in total. You might have to divide it into 2 ,2 ,2 ,2, 2 minute videos, or you might not need to divide it.

I want the speaker to speak correct and standard American English, with clear voice.

If you are not a native speaker of American English, you might need to re-assign the work to another person to read it.

The video will be about how to use my website. I will tell you my website some time later.
