I need a design update for Emperorlimousine.com

The layout must stay the same. Just need some design element updates for the menu, for the quote request on the top right side of the page and also on the bottom of the page.

Also, add some elements for H1 h2 headers, and maybe the slide show

Please send me some images of the design ideas i am looking for 3-4 different designs, will pay upto $150 per design.
