Project Description:
I need a website and one sub-site designed. They will both be implemented in Wordpress ultimatly.
We have an existing site that we like OK. However, it lacks a certian polish that we would like to improve upon.
For each of thes sites I'd like PSD comps for both the home page as well as sub-pages

Overall we are happy with the color theme and design of the site but would like to have it a more “designed” and polished look. I'm OK expanding the color palate slightly if the design looks good.

**New "sub" site**
We have a signature event each year which needs it's own website and navigational scheme. However, this site should visually look as though it is part of the same "family" as the primary site.
We'd like to follow this website as a model: http://globalconference2013.usc.edu/speakers/
I like the navigation scheme and header image.
