Graphic Design Need: Weather blogging app for iPhone & Android

Project Description:
I am looking at making a weather app with blogging feature, and i need UI layout design for this. This project is only concerning about the UI design, no programming or coding is needed. This project concerns about the iPhone & Android phone design and will leave out tablet part for the moment.

I will be looking for someone to help me with the graphics and service flow over the local weather display screen, and also the service flow for the user to take a snapshot and post it to the app. (mockup needed). I would like the display of the snapshot to be presented in mapview and in pinterest similar layout. The scope of work will including drafting the graphics for various screens (app icon, splash screen, style and graphic design for local weather display, mapview & friends snapshot feed screens, and certainly addition of a few in order to enhance the app. Makeup of screenshot for appstore will be needed as well. The design will need to be compatible with iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 screen size. The design should be creative, modern and stylish. The graphics will need to be in the format of PSD. I will need the graphics to be crop at the end in order to prepare for the coding of the app.
