I need someone who is very experience in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app.

App will be a simple app, will go into full detail when a NDA is signed.
This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.
Requirements:
-Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products
-Someone who speaks English very well.
