Project Description:
We require 12 new animated gifs to embed in a Windows application and possibly on our website. Each animated gif should be approx 111 x 111 pixels and last approx 12 seconds and represent the same central cartoon character portrayed in 12 different emotional states: Happy, sad, angry, in love, sorry, begging, chill out, get well, congratulations, thank you, puzzled, give me a call
Other information: Animated gifs must be copywrite free, must not be a cartoon image that is well known or in common use. No sound or voice is required.
The central character must be an image than can represent male or female. We would like to have an initial choice of 3 images to chose from before the 12 are built. When finished, the user will be able to select one of the 12 animated gifs within the Windows application and the animated gif must loop continuously until manually stopped. If we are happy with the project, we may invite the service provider/developer to build 100 more. It is worth noting, this is a prestigious project for developer reference purposes.
