Cartoon Clinet

Project Description:
i have a photo of a client and the client would like the photo changed to cartoon type image with wording around it. it would have to be in png format as well as eps.
i'm attaching a photo of the client to be sketch and a sample of something that he'd like.

I only need the guy on the left with the open hand. He wants to put a clapper board in his hand (the black and white director boards). He wants it to look sorta like the 2nd image I sent you but here are the changes he would like.
1. The background behind him should be white ( on the sample it's blue)
2. His shirt should be black (on the sample it's blue)
3. The thin outer circle should be red ( on the sample it's grey with no text)
**he now wants the text on the thin outer circle which will be red, the text should redwww.directorsumo.com. He wants it placed going around the right bottom of the circle.
4. The thicker circle with text can remain black (on the sample the text is yellow and white) he wants no text on this circle.
5. Once the entire logo is complete, he would like it copied and pasted onto the black shirt (step2) in the center so it looks like he's wearing the logo on his shirt.
