Graphic web design: background, buttons, logo

Hello all, We need a graphic web designer to design few elements in our new website: background, 4 buttons, one on-page element (div) and a simple logo (actually it's more like creating an image of the site's name with a nice font). The freelancer which the project would be awarded to will receive clear and simple instructions for each element. The task is simple but we would like to get high quality work. We will provide the images so you don't need to worry about images price. We prefer to work with freelancers who specialize in web design and who can show previous work (portfolio). We estimate this project should take about 4-5 hours to complete and bids should be $80 or less. Payment - 50% milestone after accepting the project. 50% after delivery.
