Project Description:
Hello,am looking for a talented designer to work on my homepage design.The design has to be VERY CLEAN. Again you will have to convert it from PSD TO HTML.Below are the instructions.I have divided them into sections so follow them carefully; Here is the link to the website.

SECTION 1.
1.The Navigation Bar Design and PRECEDING photo section should be similar to that of people per hour.Check the attached file 1.It has to be SIMILAR IN ALL ASPECT
.
2.Get rid of the TAGS PART ie REMOVE IT.
SECTION 2.
1.Recent Freelancers,Top-Rated Freelancers,Top-Rated Buyers,Recent Buyers and Search Project partition is TO REMAIN INTACT,DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING PLEASE.
SECTION 3.
Make the statistics part be similar to that of crowdspring.com.Check the attached file 3.
SECTION 4.
The CATEGORIES section is to remain intact the way it is,no change of anything there.
SECTION 5.
Also DONT interfere with the place for Advertisement,let it be intact!
Note:USE THE COLOUR SCHEME SIMILAR TO THAT FOUND IN www.crowdspring.com. WHERE APPLICABLE.
If you don’t include these things I will assume you didn’t bother to digest what I have INSTRUCTED and are not taking it seriously.
Lastly I would highly pick a person who is going to provide a MOCKUP of the Homepage Design.So better provide it.This is just the first part of the whole project.Whoever will be picked will stand a chance to work for the rest of the other section of the website.That is,we will be contracting you frequently for other part of the site that still needs upgrades.
