Image Border For Videos

Project Description:
I am needing someone to design a basic graphic border for my video interviews.

You see how she has a border and frame with the names at the bottom. I obviously don't want to copy her exactly but something similar.

The size is 512x296 for the entire video of course. It would be great to have the bottom and top covered in the border.

I would like my logo, tv and text from my banner on this page in one of the corners of the video. I have the psd file which has the color blue I would like for the video.

I will need a psd file as well so I can do in and edit the names each time I do another interview.
