Wooden-effect layout (Photoshop/Illustrator design needed)

I need an effect creating like in the "flute section mock [login to view URL]" (#2) attachment, but for the whole layout in the file "musicalchairs [login to view URL]" (#1). A sunken/bevel effect should be used where the dots appear in file #1 (an example of this effect is in file #2). I think there are 36 holes in total. Each block will also need to have a name plate, such as the one designed in file #2. The background wood effect needs to be a black colour, such as in the "Plywood Texture" (#3) file attachment. Unless you already have a similar wood pattern available, I will purchase this black wood effect from GraphicRiver and send it over to you. In addition, 1x silver and 1x gold balls need creating that will be a suitable size to fit into these holes. Please provide these balls in a separate file, on a transparent background. You can ignore the written numbers and arrows on file #1, these were only meant for our internal reference! SPECIFICATIONS: - It must be no wider than 850px. - We may need to change the background effect, so can the Photoshop or Illustrator design please be created in a way that allows us to swap the wooden background effect over to another pattern if we wish? - You can ignore the trophy in file #1, I will add this myself!
