A full service Licensed Real Estate Company, Brokerage-Management-Rentals I have been working in real estate management for 10 years.I recently became licensed and opened my own company. my target audience is mid size landlords in the Brooklyn NY area. my experience and contacts have proven a wonderful asset for any new or old land lord looking for consult, management services, or marketing there building for sale. i have a rough web site which needs to be revamped or done over from scratch. www.llsny.com. id love to hear ideas and prices to get that done. Industry type Real Estate What would I like to communicate to my audience through your design? i want my logo to be on my business card, stationery, local advertisements, and corporate sponsorship's i am involved in. i want to brand my company name as much as possible with a logo that i will use repeatedly on rental signs, for sale signs, and future printed material to create a professional and sharp edge to the company. i tend to like to stay away from pictures and focus on the company name. so my guess is that some cool logo design using the companys name will be the winner. i feel that a picture could work but all the logos that i have liked focus on the name such as google, victorias secret, coke etc.. less is more in my opinion. How would I describe the effect of my logo? Clean/Simple, Corporate What kind of design am I looking for? Logo Type or Abstract Mark How many colors do I want in your design? 2 What colors would I like? the design is more important then the colors but my four favorite colors have to be black red a dark royal blue and white. i tend to lean to black and red i am not sure why and not sure if i am making a mistake being that this is a real estate company and not a fashion show. my guess is that the play on the first three letters of each word of my companys name should give some cool options.
