8 subpage Webdevelopment - Simple Website for Conference

Hello! I'm looking for someone to webdevelop a simple page for Conference. There are 8 subpages, 5 of them attached to show how the website will look and what is in it. HTML & CSS with Javascript (JQuery). The package of PSDs and full documentation in English is available.
Please send links (in the message) with previous similar (in complexity / looks) websites. When offering project duration please take into consideration (for completion rate), that we will be testing the layout and sending back issues. I accept partial milestone (<=50%), but the second will be released after the project is finished. It is quite urgent, but also not that complicated.
