Hello. I am looking for somebody who have experiences of developing job bidding sites. I will provide you html files of major pages. I would like to ask you a programming part and html templates ( of course, custom html also fine ) for minor pages such as message board, admin panel, dash board... I would like to start with minimum functions with low budget. The site should be SEO friendly, and security wise and run on any browser including mobile browsers. Please apply only if you can be 100% sure that you are familiar with SEO, security, browser compatibility and so on and have experience of developing job bidding sites ( not just a job board ) .
