- Minimum Fico 620
- Up to 80% LTV
- Funds may be Gifted
- SFR’s and condo’s
- California Properties Only
- LOE required with full package
- Loan Terms 5/1, 7/1, 10/1, 10 year and 15 year

These loans are underwritten in house with loans funded in 14 days with full package.
