Looking for Experienced recruitment specialist, who has examples of prior successful projects, with client recommendations and repeat business for Sourcing candidates.
Target candidate profile will be Senior Director, Banking Finance sector (mid to back office function) , talent pool potentially APAC, LDN and NYC. Although initial focus will be APAC. You must be available to work Asian time zones.
You must be experience in sourcing candidates from Banking & Finance and have experience in a variety of tools and techniques, and a number of potential channels to effectively source high quality candidates. Our assumption is you would be sourcing both Active and Passive candidates on search engines, networking sites, company websites, directories, associations, alumni pages etc
Your role will be to provide a long list of suitable candidates who are in line with the candidate profile, detailing candidate's current role /title/organisation and phone & contact email details. You will be provided with a script to introduce the opportunity to potential candidates, this will include a short profile on the company, the role and next steps. For clarification you will not be required to solicit resumes nor provide any first round screening.
To bid and show interest you will need to include a very simple strategy as to how you would approach this sourcing exercise, and on awarding the job we will then work together to confirm search strategies and selecting the most optimum search strategy to work on.
Excellent English communication skills are required as target candidates are Senior professionals, native or near native English speakers. Short listed freelancers will need to be phone interview to ensure level of English is appropriate.
