Project Description:
I'm looking to create a cartoon design similar(quality) to this:

While that is a bear..This will be a different animal with a human body, and different clothes of course. Be original and have fun..
Requirements:
I want the cartoon doing two different poses.
1. Where the cartoon just has a regular frontal view (mugshot)
2. When the cartoon is sitting with two objects (I will tell you what objects).
My budget is small..I'll only go up to $40 (Bids higher than 40 will be ignored) because really this shouldn't be that hard to do..Just two simple illustrations.
