Trace and colorize a coat of arms

Project Description:
I would like my family coat of arms digitalized, colorized, and illustrated, if at all possible using vector graphics.

The image in question can be found here:

The colors will need to be reconstructed based on the older, original coat of arms you can see here:

Some more on the color:
If you look at both of the images, you will notice that the surroundings of the shield remain very similar. The colors on this did not change over the centuries. Instead of just one helmet with crowns, there are now three. The two new crowns symbolize the family merging with other families.

The shield:

Cells 1 and 4: Upright two-tailed golden lion on a black background holding a three-petalled green hazel branch (symbolizing extinct Haßlinger family)
Cells 2 and 3: A deep blue diagonal beam, on which a natural beaver in gold is walking upward (symbolizing extinct Pibriach family)
Center Cell: As in the original, the smaller cell (shield) is split in black and gold, with 3 spears.

Helmets / Crowns:
The same coat animals can be found on the additional crowns on top of the shield
Center: As in original image, a green helmet with golden visor
Left: Black / Gold as in cells 1,4
Right: Blue / Gold as in cells 2,3

I will try to find an actual image with colors before accepting a bid.
