Need some cute and funny cartoon characters for a mini serie

Hello, We want to create a cartoon caracter -a young woman- and her family. She wil be part of an online formation course, telling her story and explaining her experience. Helping us with sense of humor through our learning process, teaching us what you should and you shouldn't do with quiz and sometimes examples. The caracter mus be cure and funny, mimic will be very important. She will interact sometimes with family members or teachers. The artist contracted will have to be able to create and animate the characters and the background creatively. The characters will follow a script. The script is going to be given to you in english than they will be dubbed in spanish. For the moment I just need an bid for 2 short episodes 1-2 minutes, within a presentation course, but there is a strong possibility for more episodes since more courses are to come. It doesn't need to be 3D or any high standard of animation, it need to be cute, endearing, funny and original. I'm waiting for your proposal.
