Pixie+Unique Fairy Beings Childrens Book Enchanted Land

Dear Illustrators all
I am based in New Delhi and am on the way to start publishing my books written over the years. One has been accepted by a publisher and its designing is under process. The story book is a unique Children's book of Fairy Tales. The book is about Pixies, Fairies and a host of Unique Magic Beings including Fishes and Other Animals who life in the Enchanted Land
The story includes a Pixie Town, a Lake where the story goes underwater and some forest scenes.
I will be needing about 20-30 pictures for the book - each will describe a particular scene and most of them will include one or more of the unique Pixie and other strange creatures of the Enchanted. A lot of the scenes will include underwater action by different magic fishes, sharks, octopus's etc.
The pictures will also include castles and other kinds of constructions
Please note that though I think that the book will be the most successful ever for little kids, and will be very well received in its genre, at the moment I am a retired person in India and have only my pension and a little savings to depend on - so I would appreciate if the offer is the lowest possible cost. Further more, if the pictures are as good as I think they will be, I shall probably offer the same illustrator the contract for making the illustrations for the other sequels to follow, of course everything will be subject to mutual agreement after negotiations - I aim to publish at least 3 books in the next 2 years.
