Expert in CAD, Illustrator, vector based drawing?

I‘m looking to reproduce a simple picture of buildings and land , for us to print on tracing paper, then overlayed over a photo. So I require a person that uses CAD, Illustrator or a vector based programme perhaps for drawing building, landscaping to draw us the white/brown roofed buildings where there are building on the picture below, then tp put a green field with a few paths, trees etc on the orange area, + main roads, lake... If you know your CAD it’s a simple job, to be supplied in eps or pdf format. LOOK AT THE ENCLOSED ATTACHMENT... Thank you
