562827 Need help fixing printing problem in Illustrator

Project Description:
I have a file in Illustrator in which the letters get jagged when I try to print it out. It looks great on the screen, but not on paper. The problem persists when I export the file to PDF, JPEG etc.

I need to have this fixed tomorrow before lunch, Central European Time, and will be available from 9.00 in the morning. Teamviewer, Skype etc. are possible.

Please only submit if you are a pro at this, feel free to specify your expertise in problem.
