Project Description:

Looking for a local city advertising site similar to localadlink.com but with more local features.
It needs to have an extensive administration that allows business listed on the site to modify their listings and images, as well as upgrade their package and pay online for the subscription. Business owners would also be able to see their stats (views, clicks, where the traffic came from, etc) depending on the package, this can also be turned on or off in the site admin. Monthly reoccurring billing would be best but can also be added in the second phase if needed.
Included in the site, it needs to have a forum, news feed and user input news, local weather feed, blog, integrated maps (can be google), calendar, general content pages, rss feeds, email marketing to members broke down by type and photo gallery, main site gallery as well as each listing, depending on the package selected would have photos the user could upload. All features and function would integrate and run off of a single login.
The packages would consist of free, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. Each would have more resources/features (gallery, mapping, exposure, home page random pull, etc) as the packages go up. A business owner could login and upgrade and pay through the site at anytime. This would either update the monthly amount or run on the monthly billing page, showing billing info and amount.
Site must be SEO friendly. I have a general page template already developed but it will need to be made to work across all browsers.
User accounts would consist of site admin, site sub admin, business member and standard member (interact on forum, etc.).
The site needs to be portable, with company info, site name, etc updatable in the admin. It will be for a single region now but may advance later to have for several regions down the road.
I prefer to have the site developed in ASP/ASP.net, AJAX, MSSQL, etc but am open to other platforms if something similar has already been developed and I can see a live example. All forms need to be validated as required, payments need to be processed through paypal pro with integration, not a redirect to paypal. I have a sample to show of this if needed.
