SSL Security Certificate Install Issue - NEED HELP
Project ID:
426638
Project Type:
Fixed
Budget:
$30-$250 USD
Project Description:
I installed the new certificate according to the instructions and it installed just fine. But now when I click on "VIEW OUR GALLERIES" I get the following popup warning:
"Safari can't verify the identity of the website "www.(attached).com".
The certificate for this website has expired. You might be connecting to a website that is pretending to be"www.(attached).com" which could put your confidential information at risk. Would you like to connect to the website anyway?"
I get the same warning all of my browsers.
I called godaddy support last night and they walked me thru the installation process to make sure the new certificate was installed correctly.
The installation was fine but I had not removed the old certificate that expired on April 23,2009. When I tried to remove it from the cPanel it would not remove.
The support tech at godaddy said that the problem was not on there end and was an issue with the server.
We do need to have this fixed as soon as possible.
FUNDS WILL BE ESCROWED.
