setting up redundant IIS server

Project Description:

We are looking for a fail over set up incase our main webserver dies.
im open to suggestions. we host about 6 sites on this server. It uses iis and ms sql.
Please do not respond if you have not done this already.
Windows 2003 server
MS SQL 2000 currently
we also use a third party application called webqouta to protect member areas of the sites.
Sites combined are about 400GB
server are on same 100mb switch.. we are trying to upgrade this to GB nic cards.
We currently do not have a san at data center.
