I currently run a small news portal called http://www.indiamicrofinance.com/
which is based on blogger cms.

After going through many content management systems
of various websites , I have finally decided I want
an exact copy of
http://www.cmswire.com
I think they are using drupal...

I repeat , I want everything to be the same including the
categories,layout and all other features.Everything
except the ad spaces which I don't require.

I know basic html,Css so I need the web designer to
basically build the skeleton of the website and
install the necassary scripts required.I can do the
fine tuning.

The new website will be hosted on mediatemple.com and I think
you should be able to design such a website in 2-3 days easily ?

Payments will done by credit card to your account on Paypal
or any other payment system you use and which accepts my credit
card.
