Our company has a technical and sales appartment, most of them are NON-English.
We need someone who can callback clients and is available for phone/voice-chat and skype.
If there is a callback arranged, you must be reliable and call the client without delay and without excuses.
1. You must be experienced and aware of video advertising technology (ad tags, prerolls, ...) because this is the business the clients talk with you, send bookings for, etc. We will not teach you! It is required that you are aware of the topic for doing this job.
=> When applying for the job, explain and convince us with the profession and knowledge you have about video advertising.
2. You should be able to speak and understand English well and talk seriously and trustful for doing business and support well. Clients must be convinced by your knowledge and trust in your words and voice.
=> When applying for the job, send sample audio/mp3 with some of your calls. We will check your language skills and also the way how you talk, only chatting or professional as required for business calls.
3. Each call and each skype session must be documented and recorded.
=> When applying for the job, simply send 1 sample audio/mp3 as recorded for a phone call and another audio recorded with your skype. If this is forgotten or failed, this does not count for payment!
a) Usually clients have a question or concern about video advertising. You answer the call or call back; listen+understand customer question or enquiry; note/write the question or enquiry; inform the client that you will try to discuss this with the team and reply soon.
b) After the call you send the notes and the audio record/mp3 to us. We translate, forward the question to the team who can answer on this and send the answer back to you. Then, you can inform the client about the feedback. We will let you know whether reply "in-text" or a call is preferred.
c) It's the same procedure if a client tries to negotatiate price or condition. If so, you listen+understand their arguments and forward the details afterwards by email to us. Let the client know that the sales department decides about this.
d) Each week, we get bookings by email from clients telling us about the number of demand they have. You send the information by email to the team and confirm the client that the order is placed or - if information was missing - ask for the missing details. This can be done by email.
For the first month, we'd like to start with few calls and check quality and efficiency before increasing the working hours.
This is not a fulltime job. It's some hours per week and interesting for some one who is aware of the topic video marketing and video advertising.
Today, we have 6 VAs working for us on different languages. For English, we need one more qualified and talented expert. The hours can be increased, depending on the quality of work.
In addition to this, we sometimes have new cooperations/partners that ask for a English contact. If you are smart and aware of the video advertising market, we'd ask you to do these calls, request answers (if we have questions to the other party).
