Google Content Network Data Capture Banner
Looking to create a banner def for 728 by 90 maybe other sizes as well around a win-a-mini theme (attached below)
Needs to have data capture that captures all the fields found on the affiliate data capture page: http://www.v-w-d.com/SmarterWayToPlay/Guest/plygtsqzpge.aspx?m=JHOLDEN
Need to be able to remotely change the referral ID of the affiliate link without resubmitting anything to Google after approval.
Need to be able to redirect the confirmation page.
The banner needs to comply with Google's Content Network rules.
The 'click' should only redirect upon submitting the form. Turning PPC into Pay per prospect.
