Our client is a local pudding manufacturer. Now we are going to export our pudding to USA. We are seeking an expert of marketing to prepare a marketing strategy for us.
AFu is a long-established local business that has been making traditional desserts for 50 years.
Afu is a high quality local product. But the brand has very little recognition in USA. We need someone to identify the market for such high-quality, low-recognition products, and to find the best way to achieve sales.
1.How would you go about researching the market for Afu?
2.Route to Market. How do you think the company can penetrate the USA market? What are the barriers to overcome?
