Project Description:
This is a very straight forward project that is time intensive:
I need a market search of failed ediscovery legal cases, where the ediscovery vendor was responsible, within a 50 mile radius of Washington D.C in the past 18 months.
I need around 50 total examples with underlying data metrics.
I need the dollar amount the misstep created, the vendor responsible, and meaningful analysis to present. There can be other information included if it adds value to the final analysis.
I need this data in an excel sheets for sorting with appropriate columns and a map showing geographically where the opportunities (party responsible for misstep) are located, pie charts to show dollar amounts etc etc
This can be related to law Firms or corporations, or the ediscovery vendor. I am not looking for the final cases value awarded.
There are tons of records and resources to sift through if you know where to look.
As your going along, I would also like a excel sheet layout with similar metrics, of 100 ediscovery cases, and their respective vendors, and the vendors information when it took place, and final case amount. This is within a 50 mile radius of Washington D.C in the past 18 months. This task is very simple and straight forward.
